Competition Pool Re-opens February 1st!

Did you know water exercise can help build muscular strength, flexibility, build endurance, and helps contribute to a feeling of well-being? Wednesday February 1, 2012 the competition pool re-opens.  The Recreation Center offer’s over 40 hours of open lap swim per week, water aerobics classes, drop in water polo, and lap swim workouts. Find an activity that works best for your fitness level and schedule. 

Water Polo and Lap Swim workouts are now included in a valid Recreation Center pass and workout times can be found on the group exercise calendar.
