You’re Invited to Celebrate Earth Day at City Hall!

West Sacramento Earth Day logoJoin the City of West Sacramento for a free and fun family event to celebrate Earth Day on Saturday, April 25th from 10:00am – 2:00pm at the West Sacramento City Hall, 1110 West Capitol Ave.

There will be activities for the kids, live music, local food, raffle prizes, and information about ways you can be a part of the solution and reduce your carbon footprint. Vendors will be on hand with information about services and products that can help your family live healthier and sustainably.

NEW: Rain Barrel workshops  – 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. (pre-registration required)

Rain barrels are a great way to save water and money.  We will provide you everything you need to create a rain barrel system, including a free barrel.  You must pre-register online and pay $20 for your diverter kit in advance. Space is limited to 20 people per session.

Under the Main Menu, select Register for Activities then under SPECIAL EVENTS choose Earth Day – Rain Barrels. Select your session time and register.
