Financial assistance is available through the City’s First Time Homebuyer Assistance Program for families that are below the following income levels:


Homebuyers must attend a homebuyer education workshop presented by NeighborWorks HomeOwnership Center, Sacramento Region (NeighborWorks) to be eligible to apply for assistance.  A workshop will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at the West Sacramento Community Center, 1075 West Capitol Avenue, West Sacramento, CA.

Classes are also offered on alternative dates and at other locations. To register, call (916) 452-5356 or register online at www.nwsac.org/. There is a $60 registration fee for the 8-hour workshop.
