During California’s Coastal Cleanup Day, hundreds of people from across the state take to local beaches, rivers and creeks to clean up the refuse that would otherwise end up in lakes and oceans, polluting the water and endangering wildlife. Here in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, the event is known as the Delta Waterway Cleanup, and there are spots that need love in all five Delta Counties. Please join us in West Sacramento to participate in the Yolo County portion of the Cleanup.
