Daylight Saving Ends Sunday, Nov. 4–Change Your Clocks, Change Your Sprinkler Timer

Dial back your sprinkler timers when you dial back the clock for daylight saving on Sunday, Nov. 4.

Shorter days, cooler temperatures and moisture from fog and rain mean your landscape requires little or no supplemental irrigation to be healthy. Adjust your irrigation schedule to one or two days per week.

When the rains begin, let Mother Nature do the watering and turn your system off completely.

Oh and do not forget to change your smoke alarm batteries as well!
