Meeting to Address Questions about “Covered California” Health Insurance Exchange

Have you been hearing about the new “Covered California” health insurance program? People are asking questions. At West Sacramento’s River Bend Manor, 664 Cummins Way, a public question-and-answer meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 30, 11 a.m. It’s an opportunity to ask questions about the program. The meeting will also have Spanish and Russian language translators on hand.

Lunch is also available, if you’re interested: the cost is $3 for ages 60 and over; for those under the age of 60, the price is a $7 guest fee. Coffee or tea is available for 25-cents.
