River Cats LogoAs the public adjusts to the Caltrans Fix 50 construction project, fans of the River Cats can use the following route to get to Raley Field in West Sacramento:

  1. Please exit I-80 at Reed Avenue, proceed east as Reed becomes Sacramento Avenue, then turn right at 5th Street;
  2. Drive south on 5th Street, then turn left at Tower Bridge Gateway;
  3. From Tower Bridge Gateway, turn right at 3rd Street and proceed to the Raley Field parking lots.

The reverse of this same route will serve fans leaving Raley Field after the game. The River Cats are home for eight games, April 24-May 1, against the El Paso Chihuahuas and the Tacoma Rainiers. For tickets, see rivercats.com or call (916) 371-HITS.

Both RT and Yolobus are increasing service for River Cats fans. Yolobus is adding extra routes and special prices to Raley Field. Fares are $2 for regular tickets and $1 for children, disabled and seniors each way. The Sacramento Regional Transit (RT) special River Cats shuttle will service downtown Sacramento and Raley Field on weekdays for the remainder of the Fix 50 construction project. Service frequency is every 10-15 minutes. The RT busses are active for 90 minutes before the first pitch and for one hour after the final out. Bus stops are located at 8th and N streets, Sacramento and at Raley Field, Tower Bridge Gateway and 5th Street. For route and schedule information, visit yolobus.com or sacrt.com.
