On December 11, the City of West Sacramento Parks Maintenance Team installed a Little Free Reading Library at Pheasant Hollow Park, 2583 Meadowlark Circle. The library ground breaking event took place on December 12. Neighbors all came to a common place and celebrated. This library joins more than 32,000 little free libraries worldwide created to foster literacy, a love of reading and a sense of community across generations.
