Bridge District Parking Program Update

The new Bridge District parking program will launch on July 1st. Parking permit sales have now opened to accommodate residents.

Monthly parking permits can be purchased online for the 5th and Bridge parking lot (all residents), and Monthly Parking Zone (45 Habitat residents only). Register and purchase a monthly permit here.

To complete the registration process, you will need to provide proof of residency in the Bridge District in the following ways:  residential lease, sublease, utility bill, driver’s license, or vehicle registration.

Residents can also purchase permits at the City Hall public counter and a computer terminal has been installed for this purpose.

On-Street Parking

On-street parking is also making progress to the July 1st start date.  The Parking Meters have been delivered and will go live on July 1st.   Look for the Parkmobile (2+ Zone) signage to go up the week of June 26th, and note that the 90 minute parking signs will be removed on June 30th.  Beginning July 1st, on-street parking will be converted to “pay by plate” technology, and customers will need to either use one of nine parking kiosks or download the Parkmobile smart phone application.
