Volunteers Needed to Help Distribute Surveys

The City of West Sacramento needs your help in collecting data that will be used for future City planning with the goal of removing barriers to internet access, improving transportation, and to obtain additional resources to improve the quality of life in West Sacramento.

To advance this process we are conducting a survey of the residents in the north part of the City. We are interested in knowing how you are connected to people, places, and services in the community. The survey questions are related to internet and transportation use.

Volunteer Tasks

Volunteers are needed to go door-to-door in teams of two on the morning of Saturday, July 29th to perform a short survey with residents in the Bryte, Broderick, and Old West Sacramento areas. Volunteers are encouraged to dress weather-appropriate and be mindful that you are representing the City as you go door-to-door.

The last day to register to volunteer is Saturday, July 22.
